How Can I Create My Order?
You can create your orders with or without membership. You can access your previous order information and query your cargo information from our system at any time during the shopping you will make with your membership.
After determining the color and size information of the product you want to order, you can complete your order by entering your contact and address information.
I forgot my password! What should I do?
You can reset your password from the forgot password link on the next page after you click the my account button at the top of the site.
What Should I Consider When Creating My Order?
Before completing your order, please make sure you have selected the correct size and color values. If you realize that you entered these values incorrectly after placing your order, please contact us via [email protected] or our Whatsapp line at +90 501 244 22 44.
How Can I Pay for My Orders?
You can place your orders as payment by Credit Card, Wire Transfer-EFT, cash at the door and credit card at the door.
Can I Pay at the Door?
For orders to be placed from Turkey, there are cash on delivery or credit card payment options at the door on our website. For our shipments made with Sürat Kargo, an additional service fee of 14.99 TL is charged by the cargo company due to the collection service at the door. Payment at the door service amount collected for your returned orders is not refundable.
Is Shipping Free?
For orders placed from Turkey, shipping is free for your purchases of 50 TL or more from our site.
When Will My Orders Be Delivered?
Your orders from Turkey are delivered to our cargo team on the same day if you place them before 12:00, and the next day if you place them after 12:00. Our cargo team delivers your order to the cargo company you specify at the order stage, within three days at the latest, according to the order of processing.
You will be notified by e-mail on the day your order is delivered to the cargo company.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
Before your order is shipped, you can cancel it by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by contacting our Whatsapp line.
Can My Order Be Delivered to Someone Else Instead of Me?
Your orders will be delivered to the name and surname you specified in your delivery address. If you wish, you can specify a different name in this field.
My Order Was Damaged During Transport, What Can I Do?
Your order comes to you in specially produced packages. Before taking delivery, make sure that your cargo is intact by checking the outer package. In case of any damage, have the cargo officer who brought your order to you prepare a "Due Diligence Report". If there is any difficulty in preparing the report, please contact us.
If you send us the damaged product with a Due Diligence Record, your exchange will be made within three business days after the product reaches us. For exchange, you can review the return and exchange procedure.
How to Change/Cancel my Order?
You can send your orders from Turkey to our contracted cargo company within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date without using the product. When sending returns or exchanges, you can only send the cargo with a counter payment (Sürat Cargo) with which we have a contract. The product that reaches you is used, worn, the tag has been removed and destroyed, etc. Returns of such products cannot be accepted. From the moment the returned product reaches us, the necessary inspections will be made and your new product will be sent to you by making an exchange within seven (7) business days or your return process will be completed within seven (7) business days.
